About Kodutek

I started Kodutek because a lot of technology support feels rushed or impersonal. I’ll come to your home, listen to what’s happening, and explain the fix as we go.
You can ask questions, take notes, or have me slow down. If the job needs a repair shop or a different specialist, I’ll tell you.
Inside the Kodutek toolbox
New device setup, email, photos, updates, backups, and settings that are hard to find.
Printers that say “offline,” slow Wi-Fi, new routers, and devices that will not connect.
Streaming apps, remotes, sound, picture settings, and simplifying a confusing setup.
Suspicious messages, privacy settings, organizing photos, or simply learning how something works.
Not sure if your problem fits? Send a note anyway—Jeremy will give you an honest answer.
Straightforward pricing
Not sure which kind of help makes sense? A quick 10-minute phone assessment is free.
Parts and paid software are separate and always approved first. Kodutek confirms the expected cost before scheduling—no surprise charges.
The Kodutek job flow
Tell us what’s happening. Technical language isn’t necessary.
We arrive prepared. Jeremy reviews the details and confirms the expected cost.
We work through it together. Nothing is changed without explanation.
You get a clear Fix Note. What changed, what to remember, and what to do next.
A useful leave-behind
After a visit, Kodutek sends a simple Fix Note with what we found, what changed, and the steps worth keeping. No technical report—just a clear reference you can use later or share with family.
What we found
The printer had disconnected from the home Wi-Fi.
What we changed
Reconnected it and updated the saved printer on the computer.
If it happens again
Check that the printer’s Wi-Fi light is solid, then restart it once.
